Tutu Boo

My good buddy Jackson's Mommy, Brooke, is in the business of making tutus for babies and little kiddos (what a talented and crafty lady she is). Check me out in one of her beautiful creations, sent to me for Christmas by Jackson and his sister Maggie. Thanks guys! See me dance for the cats? I'm a ballerina! A ballerina who likes to climb through tunnels, and read books. A ballerina bookworm! What a Christmas.

Play Kitchen and Apron

Daddy set to work assembling this gift from Grandma Lynnette and Pappa Steve the day after we got home from our Christmas Journey. Let's just say, it took him some time, but I was playing with it that very night. Check out how cool it is in its finished state, and how dapper I look in my apron made by Grandma Lynnette.

Presents #4 (B)

Yep, more presents. I'm a pretty lucky girl. Lots of art supplies, lots of books, all stuff for my imagination, see? No noise makers...'cause, folks, I can make noise all on my own now-a-days, youbetcha!

Presents #4 (A)

Eventually, Mommy and Daddy were able to convince me that there were indeed more presents to be opened aside from my play tent and tunnel. Daddy moved the tent to the kitchen, and we started in.

Play Tunnel

If the tent was a cake, this thing is the icing. I'm not even kidding when I say it would have been cool enough just to have the tunnel.

Play Tent!!

Let me put this as simply as I can: if you have never owned a play tent, you simply haven't lived. Santa Clause came to my house sometime Christmas Eve, ate the cookies and special chocolate milk (my idea, my very own) and set up my new play tent and tunnel right in front of the tree! He even stuffed my stocking and put it inside the tunnel where he was sure I would find it. Thank goodness I made the nice list this year!

Christmas Morning!!!

More presents? Oh, yeah. Merry Christmas!!

Goldendale

Gosh we had fun on our Christmas Journey. Lots of relatives, lots of gifts, lots of food...not so many naps for me. Too much excitement, let's say. Have I mentioned that I love Christmas!? Thanks everyone for all the cool stuff, I'm very grateful for all of it and all of you. I hope you all had and have a Merry Christmas!!!

Presents #3

So, after we stayed a couple of nights in Ellensburg, with Mommy mostly out of commission with a tooth abscess that had her and Daddy in the ER for an hour or so on Sunday afternoon (She's fine, incidentally folks, just fine: antibiotics, and painkillers, and soft-foods, oh my), we hopped in the Rav and headed to Goldendale on our way back to the 'Couv. Grandma Lynnette and Pappa Steve's to be precise. And that brought about an almost instant round 3 on the presents! Well, it's a good thing we decided to bring the Rav, since Grandma sent us home with a few presents that came in VERY BIG BOXES! Like my new play kitchen! OMG, it is so cool, but you'll get to see that in action later. I also got some pretend food to go with it, and Grandma sewed me an apron and some potholders also. My goodness, three rounds of presents, and it wasn't even Christmas morning yet!

Presents #2

Ready for round 2? I was. There is something about opening presents (now that I know how to do it, pretty much) that just doesn't get old. I made another good haul at Grandma and Grandpa's house. I got lots of cool things like coloring books, bath paint soap, snow pants, and these cool shapes that you can string on a, well, string, to make your own necklace--you can see those a bit in the last picture there. I also got a "quiet time" church bag with lots of activities that are suppose to to keep me occupied when I attend Mass (I think it was partially a present for Mom and Dad too). Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Snow Walker!

There has been something I've been wanting to do since I got my new pair of Rain Boots, and my heavy winter coat and mittins. Okay, sure, last time I was standing in snow, way back in '08, I freaked out; I'm not gonna lie, but in my defense, it was the first time I'd seen snow, let alone stood in it. At the time Mom and Dad were ill-prepared and decked me out in whatever they could find, which happened to be several layers of clothes under a windbreaker suit, and my feet and arms wrapped in plastic sacks from the grocery store. So, you tell me, was I freaking out then because of the snow, or because of what I was wearing? Well, this time, properly attired, I couldn't wait to walk around in it, and since Daddy held my hand for awhile, I got used to it and had all kinds of fun making boot-prints in Grandma and Grandpa's front yard. Right after this, Grandpa came out and made me a little snowman. Snow is awesome. AWESOME!

Ellensburg

After opening presents with Grandpa Tom, Mommy, Daddy and I hopped in our Rav and hit the road for Ellensburg. Here I am with Grandpa Ed, while we conversed with Grandma and Grandpa's friends Jhana and Larry.

Grandpa Tom's Presents

Even after opening all of mine, I thought it would be best to lend a hand to other people in opening their presents.
